Hello Steffen,thank you for your reply.Sorry that i did not mention the UC software version in my first post. As you suspected right, we have installed the version 5.8.0.12386 on a VVX 300 and a VVX 600.RNL for Outlook contacts works good. How about contacts from AD which are syncronized with Skype ABS? When i search for a AD contact on the phone i find it, but the RNL will not work for AD contacts. We set the AddressBookAvailability to WebSearchOnly on the Skype4B-Server.Is there something else to do?Thanks and Best RegardsMatthias.

Hello,The Factory default uses Outlook,SIP,ABS,Local in this orderIf this does not include your AD lookup it may be working as designed.To clarify this please open a support ticket.In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you.
