This game features 26 characters (old and new) and several different playing modes.The graphics are nice and bloody and the character design is superb. There are lot's of stages to choose from and also lot's of interaction, like cliffs to fall, death traps, walls to break, etc. Characters have two fighting styles and a weapon and that makes up for interesting combos and strategies. Fatalities are back to two per character and everyone also has a 'hara kiri' suicide move, which can be performed before the enemy kills you with a fatality.You can play the classic arcade mode and versus. Also a pseudo-RPG mode called Konquest where you play as Shujinko as meet a LOT of characters from the Mortal Kombat games, lot's of fun.
